Raj Singh and Ors., pending before the Court of learned Prescribed Authority/Assistant Collector-First Class, Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar, under Section 131H of the Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016, within fixed reasonable time. 2. From perusal of the record, it transpires that the aforesaid election petition is pending for appearance of the parties, therefore, at this stage, no case is made out to direct the learned Prescribed Authority/Assistant Collector-First Class, Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar, for expeditious disposal of Election Petition No.22/10 of 2025-26 Vajender Singh Vs.
