The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer for direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shrawasti to conclude the trial of Criminal Case No. 3546 of 2017; State Vs. Lallan Tiwari and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 1258 of 2017, under Sections 354, 323, 504, 427, 457 and 325 IPC, Police Station Ikauna, District Shrawasti, expeditiously. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2017, but even after passing of eight years, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub- surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shrawasti is directed to conclude the trial of Criminal Case No. 3546 of 2017; State Vs. Lallan Tiwari and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 1258 of 2017, under Sections 354, 323, 504, 427, 457 and 325 IPC, Police Station Ikauna, District Shrawasti, with expedition, in accordance with law, considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time.
