By the present petition, petitioner prays for quashing FIR No.05 (7) 2025/ UKL- PS or in the alternative prays for transferring the FIR to the police station having proper jurisdiction to investigate the same. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of order dated 8.10.2025 issued by the Director General of Police, Manipur, whereby investigation of case FIR No.5(7)2025 Ukhrul PS U/s 316/317/319 & 111 BNS of Ukhrul Police Station has been transferred to CID (Crime Branch), Manipur for further investigation with immediate effect. The order dated 8.10.2025 is taken on record. Mr.Tungrei Ngakang, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the plea in the alternative prayer has been complied by the respondents, the Cril Petn No.55 of 2025 may be closed. Mr.H.Samarjit, learned PP has no objection. Recording the submission made at the Bar, the Cril Petition is closed as infructuous. Misc Case is also closed.
