The present petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent no.3 to grant affiliation to the petitioners' institution in respect of the courses of Post Graduate Course MBA and MCA for the education session 2025-26 prior to 31.07.2025. 3. It is informed at the bar that the State Government has also taken a decision and has communicated to the same to the respondent no.3. 3. As the last date for grant of affiliation is today (14.08.2025), in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the respondent no.3 is directed to take a decision positively by 8:00 pm today and issue a formal order. 4. The counsel for the respondents very fairly states that he would comply with the directions given by the Supreme Court. 5. The writ petition stands disposed off.
