JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 24-03-2025 This is an application for quashing of the order dated 02.03.2017 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari at Sitamarhi in Tr. No. 1022/16 arising out of Nanpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2013 by which petition dated 25.05.2016 under Section 216 of Cr.P.C. has been allowed for adding under Section 498A of the IPC.
2. By the impugned order, charge has been framed against the petitioner. The learned Sub-Divisional Judicial
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2864 of 2019(2) dt.24-03-2025 2/2 Magistrate, Purnea has found strong prima-facie case for framing of charge. From perusal of the impugned order, I do not find any illegality in the impugned order.
3. In view of the above, this application is dismissed. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.
4. The petitioner may prefer mediation in the Court below if both the parties agreed to the same.
