Facts, I'n brief, ofthecasearethaton 18.02.2025, atabout 2.00 pm., the c7e/czc,a co,77P/CZZ'#CZ#Z (mother of the deceased), lodged a report before the police officials stating that due to unbearable harassment made by the petitioner/accused No.2/mother-in-law and husband (A1), her daughter (deceased), committed suicl-de by hanging to the ceiling fan in the bed room with her saree. Based on the report, the station House officer, Ananthapuram lv Town Police Station, Ananthapuram, registered a case in crime No.40 of 2025 and investigated into. 3. Heard learned counsel forthe petitioner and the learned Assistant public Prosecutor. perused the record. 4. Sri O.Udaya Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner/Accused No.2 submits that the petitioner is aged about 65 and she l®s physically challenged person. The petitl-oner has not committed any offence and she was falsely implicated in this case. The PetI-tiOner WOuld abide by any condition to be imposed by this court. 5. The petitioner is the mother-ln-law Of the deceased, Who iS aged about 65 years as well as physically challenged person. ln view of above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to consider request of petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. 7. Accordingly, this criminal petition is allowed with the following directions: a) ln the event of arrest of the petitioner, the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.70,000/-(j2zJPeeS ,e72 Zfeozzs'cz72CZ o7Z/I,), With two Sureties for the like Sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials; b) The petitioner shall make herself available for investI-gatiOn aS and when required; c) The petitioner shall not cause anythreat, inducementor promise to the prosecution witnesses; d) The petitioner shall not leave the district limits without the express permission from the Station House Officer concerned. 8. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
