Instant application has been preferred by the applicant(s) for the following main relief(s):- "Wherefore it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may very kindly be pleased quash the order dated 07.08.2024 passed by Additional District Judge in Criminal Revision No. 43/2023 in Criminal Case No. 2247/2015 in re: Suresh Kumar v. State of Up annexed as Annexure No.- 1 and order dated 23.01.2023 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate in Case Crime No. 2247/2015 in re: Suresh Kumar v. State of Up annexed as Annexure no 2. to this petition in the interest of justice." 3. After considering the facts of the case including the various pronouncements on the subject matter, on being confronted, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that they do not want to press the present application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to pursue its case as per law before the trial court itself. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 5. In view of the above, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
