Counsel for the Uttar Pradesh State Commission for Backward Classes, Mr. Shiv Prasad Kushwaha, says that the complainant had not disclosed the correct facts, therefore, the Commission proceeded in the matter, however, when the Bank appeared and apprised the Commission about the correct facts, the proceedings have been stopped. He says that the proceedings are not maintainable, as, the subject matter is beyond the jurisdiction of the Commission. He says that the proceedings would be dropped at the earliest. 4. Let appropriate orders be passed after hearing the complainant within two weeks. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
