ORDER:
Heard Sri B.Somasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, appearing through virtual mode.
2. The plaintiffs/respondents 1 to 6 filed O.S.No.2154 of 2022, which is pending in the Court of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the said suit, temporary injunction was granted on 16.11.2022. He submits that the petitioners were appearing in the said suit and filed the counter on 03.04.2023. However, the application for temporary injunction is still pending and has not been decided in spite of so many dates fixed in the suit and the ad-interim injunction granted ex parte is, being extended.
4. Considering the prayer made as also the order proposed to be passed, issuing of notice to the respondents is dispensed with. To secure both the ends of justice, this C.R.P is being disposed of finally, providing that the learned Trial Court shall make endeavour to expeditiously decide the application for temporary

injunction of the plaintiffs/respondents 1 to 6, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order, if there is no order legal impediment.
5. With the above directions and observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
