The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the trial court without granting ad-interim injunction proceeded to issue notice and the matter is fixed for 07.08.2025. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present petition is disposed of directing the trial court to hear and pass orders on the injunction application on the next date fixed. Till the injunction order is passed, the respondents are restrained from interfering in constructions proposed to be carried out by the petitioner. 4. The said order is being passed, as the petitioner is the owner of the property in question, while deciding the injunction application, as directed above, the court below would not be influenced by any of the observations made by this Court.
