1. The present Cr.M.P. has been filed with the following prayer:-
“ It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR bearing no. 265/2022 dated 24.03.2022 registered at P.S. Supela, District Durg (C.G.) under Sections 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending against the petitioners (Annexure P/1) to secure the ends of justice. This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deem fit, in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners and as such he wants to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to take recourse to law, if so aggrieved.
