Today, the matter is listed on Time Extension Application (MCRC/1/2026) moved by learned Presiding Officer, Judicial Magistrate-III, Dehradun, which has been forwarded by learned District Judge, Dehradun, for extension of the time granted by this Court, while deciding the present C528 application vide order dated 18.08.2025, whereby, learned Judicial Magistrate, Doiwala, Dehradun, was directed to decide and conclude the proceedings of Criminal Case No.66 of 2024 also numbered as CG No.40 of 2024 Gunjan Singh Vs. Bhagwan Singh Saini, under Section 138 of the N.I. Act, as early as possible but not later than six months from the passing of order i.e.18.08.2025. 3. According to the application moved by learned Presiding Officer, Judicial Magistrate-III, Dehradun, aforementioned Criminal Case was transferred to it by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun, vide order dated 24.09.2025, therefore, some more time is needed to finally decide the aforesaid Criminal Case. It is for that reason, the Time Extension Application dated 05.02.2026 is moved for extension of time for six months. 4. Having gone through the time extension application and having perused the reasons stated in the said application, Time Extension Application (MCRC/1/2026) is allowed.
