This petition has been filed with the following main prayer: "[I] Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of 'MANDAMUS' thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties specially opposite parties nos. 2 and 3 to conduct fair and proper investigation of F.I.R./Case Crime No. 0304/2025, Under Section-103 (1) & 238 of B.N.S. Act, 2023, Police Station-Shahabad, District-Hardoi lodged on 14.05.2025 against the private respondent i.e. opposite party no. 4 and 5 or to transfer the investigation of the said case to any other independent investigating agency, in the interest of justice, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition." 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, submits that in this case, Charge Sheet No.303 of 2025 dated 14.6.2025 has been submitted before the Supervisory Authority. He submits that the same has also been filed in the Court of Magistrate on 24.7.2025. The said instructions are taken on record. 4. The writ petition has become infructuous.
