This application has been filed by the application seeking for impleadment of the Home Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, Central Secretariat North Block, New Delhi – 110001 as Respondent No. 5 in the proceeding in WP(Crl.) No. 5 of 2025. [2]

learned Deputy AG and inclusive of the learned Sr. PCCG fairly submitting that the impleament application may be considered. [4]
However, keeping in view the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners are concerned, it is deemed appropriate to state that the reasons stated in the miscellaneous application are found to be justifiable and also acceptable and consequently, the same is considered in the interest of justice. [5]
Consequent upon consideration of this application, it is deemed appropriate that the applicants/petitioners be directed to carry out the amendment in the rank of respondent No. 5 in the proceeding in WP(Crl.) No. 5 of 2025. Accordingly, passing an order. [6]
In the meanwhile, the aforesaid counsel for the applicants/petitioners be directed to submit the amended writ petition relating to the impleadment of respondent No. 5 in WP(Crl.) No. 5 of 2025 for the purpose of reference and copy of the same be furnished to the aforesaid learned Sr. PCCG as well as the learned Deputy AG respectively. [7]
This proceeding is hereby disposed of.
