The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.85/2025, under Sections 191(2), 121(1), 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS, P.S. Gosainganj, District Ayodhya. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. 3. A perusal of the record shows that the allegation against the applicant is that he has obstructed Arunesh Tiwari, the concerned Lekhpal and the complainant and have beaten them, the statement of the injured has corroborated the prosecution story. 4. In view of above, it does not appear to be a case of false implication hence, no case for anticipatory bail is made out accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
