This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with North Lakhimpur P.S. Case No. 166/2025 under Sections 316(2)/318(4)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the present FIR lodged on 12.05.2025 against the present petitioner is a counter blast to the FIR lodged by the petitioner against the present informant on 09.05.2025. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an interior designer who was executing some work on behalf of the informant of the present case and some monetary disputes arose on account of delay in execution of the work caused by changes in design etc. Hence, there is no criminality involved. Perusal of the CD also revealed that the dispute is primarily civil in nature and in any case the CD does not reveal any material that would require the custodial interrogation of the petitioner. Having regard to the above, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is allowed. The order of interim pre arrest bail is made absolute. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
