Case No.151 of 2016 pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Purushottampur. 3. The petitioners were on bail. However, they did not appear before the Court below on 23.09.2021 which led to issuance of NBW against them. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners on instruction from his clients undertakes that his clients would be appearing before the Court below on or before 10.03.2025 and seeks appropriate remedy available to them under law. 5. Taking into consideration the above facts and submission at the Bar, the order dated 23.09.2021 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Purushottampur in G.R. Case No.144 of 2016 arising out of Purushottampur P.S. Case No.151 of 2016 is set aside, subject to the petitioners paying cost of Rs.500/- each to be deposited in the Orissa High Court Advocates’ Welfare Fund. 6. The CRLMC is disposed of. (S.S.
