This petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "i. issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp.parties concerned to get make the fair and proper Investigation of the case crime no. 0367/2025, under section 3(5),115(2),352,351(2) B.N.S, Police station Deva Distt. Barabanki from the opp.parties concerned or any other independent agency or police of any other police station and also arrest the accused persons and take necessary action against them in the interest of justice ii. issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp.parties concerned to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 15.7.2025 as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition in the interest of justice." 3. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court the instructions sent by Ajit Kumar Singh- Sub Inspector, Police Station- Deva, District- Barabanki wherein it has been stated that charge sheet no. 362 of 2025 dated 27.7.2025 has been prepared and submitted to the Circle Officer District- Barabanki.
