The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) To direct to the opposite party no. 1 i.e. District Magistrate, District- Unnao to decide the application of the Arms License on dated 03-10- 2024 before the District Magistrate, District- Unnao but till date not decide the application for the Arms License, in the interest of justicce. " 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Authority concerned to decide the aforesaid application with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
