I find prima facie case made out by the petitioner/wife for transfer of O.S No.3 of 2025 from the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial magistrate, Parangipettai to the Principal District Munsif, Kallakurichi. 5. In the light of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
