Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s son is suffering from blood cancer, on account of which the petitioner was not able to attend his duties on ADITI DIWAN KAIWART Digitally signed by ADITI DIWAN KAIWART Date: 2025.02.24 11:00:30 +0530 2 (WPS No. 3618 of 2015) the post of Pharmacist Grade – II and, therefore, he was not granted re-appointment, for which he has made representation before the respondent/competent authority, which has not been considered till date. 3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file additional representation along with copy of this order and other relevant documents within four weeks from today before the respondent/competent authority for redressal of his grievance and respondent/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner, taking into account the fact that the petitioner’s son is suffering from blood cancer and the petitioner is in need of job, in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within thirty days from the date of receipt of the said representation. 4.
