Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1 to 4. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party No.5 stands dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed challenging selection of opposite party No.5 Tapeshwari Bhargawa wife of Ashok Kumar on the post of Aganwadi Worker in the centre concerned. 3. Primary ground of challenge raised by learned counsel for petitioner is that the said opposite party was overage in terms of government order dated 21st March, 2023 since she was over 35 years of age on the date of application. 4. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 28th July, 2025, which is taken on record and as per which the certified high school mark sheet of opposite party No.5 has been brought on record indicating her date of birth as 4th March, 1989. 5. It is thus evident that as on the date of advertisement an application preferred by opposite party No.5, she was well within maximum age of 35 years. 6. Since the aforesaid aspect is the only ground raised for challenge to section and appointment of opposite party No.5, the said ground fails and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
