The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order of cancellation of arms license, dated 15.04.2025 passed by the Zila Magistrate, Sultanpur. 3. Learned Standing Counsel states that an appeal is prescribed against the said order, upholding the said objection. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an appeal, in case, the appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be entertained on merits and shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation.
