The Progressive Meeting held on 03.04.2017 by the fourth respondent vide Annexure-H is called into question in this Writ Petition on several grounds as setout in the Memorandum of Writ Petition. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care. 4. An internal communication dated 03.04.2017 is called into question in this writ petition. The internal - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:5050 WP No. 23069 of 2017 communication is furnished long with the writ petition and the same is marked as Annexure-H. A perusal of the same reflects that after deliberate discussions it was decided and recommended to allot the Generic Medical shops to be run by MSIL. In my view, the reasons accorded in Annexure-H are just and proper and petitioner has not made out good grounds to quash the same. Furthermore, the daily order sheet reflects that there was no stay order. The Writ petition is devoid of merits and same is liable to be rejected. 5. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is rejected.
