Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider petitioner's application for transfer from District Bijnor to District Saharanpur since her family is residing at District Saharanpur. 3. With regard to aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 21.06.2025. 4. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same. 5. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party No.2 i.e. Additional Director General of Police (Establishment), DGP Headquarter, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide representation dated 21.06.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority. Petitioner shall annex a copy of representation dated 21.06.2025 alongwith certified copy of this order. 6. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
