Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C./Section 528 BNSS has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned charge sheet dated 13.05.2025, summoning/cognizance order dated 30.08.2024 along with entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.121 of 2024, arising out of Case Crime No.635 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Maurawan, District Unnao, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Unnao. 3. After advancing his submissions at some length the learned counsel for the applicants states that the prosecution case against the applicants no.1 and 2 is not at par and, therefore, he does not want to press the instant application and he seeks liberty to file a fresh application in respect of the applicant no.1 only. 4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as not pressed by observing that in case the applicant no.2 appears before the trial court and seeks her release on bail by filing an application, same shall be considered and decided by learned trial court in terms of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil v.
