By means of modification application, applicant sought the modification of the order dated 07.01.2025, by which, the C528 application was allowed; inasmuch as that two reliable sureties shall also hold good for all the eight cases pending in all the courts concerned. 4. I have perused the order dated 07.01.2025. Paragraphs 9 and 10 clearly reflect the intent of the Court, whereby such relief has already been granted.
