The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: " To issue a writ order or direction nature of quashing their by the order dated, 28.04.2025 passed by District Magistrat Pratapgarh in case No. 1729/2024 U/S 17 (3) Arms Act 1959 where by Application of the petitioner is arbitrarily rejected on the basic of presumptions ignoring the evidence on record. which is Annexure No.1." 3. Learned standing counsel submits that an appeal is prescribed against the aforesaid order impugned, upholding the said objection. 4. In view of the above statement, the petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to prefer an appeal, if so advised, in accordance with law.
