Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record copy of office order dated 04.06.2025, whereby the services of the petitioner have been regularized w.e.f. 05.10.2005 to the post of Conductor on completion of one year of contractual service. Copy of another office order of even date has also been placed on record, refixing the pay of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 CWP No.3114/2025, decided on 06.03.2025 2 submits that all endeavours shall be made by the respondent-Corporation to release due and admissible financial benefits to the petitioner under the aforesaid office orders expeditiously. Taking note of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents that the financial benefits due & admissible to the petitioner under the aforesaid office orders shall be released by the respondents expeditiously, the present execution petition is closed at this stage with liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for the redressal of his surviving grievances at an appropriate stage, in case necessity so presents itself in future.
