Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for consideration of service period spent by petitioners while undergoing training prior to their appointment as Constable, for calculating 19 years of service granting one additional increment in terms of Government Order dated 02.12.2000. Further prayer to calculate service period from the date of appointment while granting such additional increment has also been sought. 3. For the aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file fresh representation. At present learned counsel for petitioners restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same. 4. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioners and without entering into the merits of the case, petitioners are granted liberty to file fresh individual representation before opposite party No.3 i.e. The Superintendent of Police, Unnao. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5.
