The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Gautam Buddha Nagar, to decide the application under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. in a Case No. 1234 of 2019 (Old No. 47 of 2019), within stipulated period. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
