Sr. GA today submits that the State respondents have issued a SOP vide Memorandum dated 25-09-2025, wherein instructions have been laid out with regard to regularisation of adhoc employees working against sanctioned posts after December, 2007. He further submits that the claims of the petitioner will therefore necessarily have to be examined in the light of the said Memorandum. 2. Mr. S.Deb, learned counsel for the petitioner on the submissions made by Mr. H.Kharmih, learned Addl. Sr. GA, submits that the name of the petitioner may therefore be sent for consideration under the new Memorandum, wherein the SOP is contained. 2025:MLHC:990 3 3. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this matter is accordingly disposed of by directing the State respondents to take up the case of the petitioner for consideration as to his eligibility for regularisation under the new SOP dated 25-09-2025. 4.
