Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the Respondent authorities particularly the Respondent No. 2 and 3 to issue appointment letter of the Petitioner and to join him with respect to his final selection at Village Post Office, Gram Sabha Hardo, Block Gauriganj, District Amethi on post of 'Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM)', pursuant to Notification No. 17-03/2024-GDS dated 12/07/2024 'Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) Online Engagement Schedule, July 2024' bearing Registration No. 243D1CC98B8436 conducted by Department of Post, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, New Delhi-110001, in the interest of justice;" 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority. 4.
