Sri Lalit Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties has further submitted that if any grievance of the applicants remains to be addressed, he may file a fresh representation before the Managing Director, Pradeshik Co- operative Dairy Federation Ltd. Lucknow and he will look into the matter and will decide the representation. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants does not have any objection to the aforesaid proposal given by Sri Lalit Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties. 5. In view of the aforesaid, this contempt application is dismissed at this stage, leaving it open to the applicants to file a fresh representation along with this order before the Managing Director, Pradeshik Co-operative Dairy Federation Ltd. Lucknow within a period of one month from date and if such representation is filed, the Managing Director, Pradeshik Co- operative Dairy Federation Ltd. Lucknow is directed to consider and decide the said representation within a period of two months thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
