He was transferred from one place to another vide order dated 30.07.2024. Petitioner has challenged the transfer order in this petition. 3. The sole ground of challenge raised by petitioner is that as a widower and single parent, he is not liable to be transferred. Coordinate bench had passed an interim order in favour of the petitioner, on the strength of which he is continuing at the original place where he was earlier serving. 4. Mr. Takuli, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner makes a statement at the Bar that State Government has now come up with Government Policy, as contained in a recent Government Order dated 13.04.2025, which makes special provision for widowers and single parents. He submits that petitioner’s case is covered by the said policy and his grievance is now redressed. 5.
