Upon hearing from learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of the writ petition at this stage directing the Tahasildar, Jaipur (Opposite Party No.2) record the father’s name of the petitioner under Khata No.185/693 in Mouza-Kuntarakhala under Thana No.53, Tahasil-Jaipur in the district of Koraput within 15 days from the date of communication of this Order and the Tahasildar, Jaipur is also directed to serve the copy of the fresh R.o.R to the petitioner incorporating the name of the father of the petitioner. 4.
