1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 To call for the records of the case for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside / quash the impugned order dated 05-03-2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the respondent no.3. 10.3 Any other relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not been given an opportunity of hearing and license of the petitioner for running fair shop has been canceled which is in violation of principles of natural justice. 3.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is having an alternative remedy available under the law and the grounds which has been raised by the petitioner can be very well adjudicated before the concerned authorities i.e. State Government. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, especially considering the fact that according to the petitioner there is violation of principles of natural justice. The petitioner is directed to prefer a suitable application before the concerned authorities i.e. State while challenging the order dated 05.03.2025 and, in
4 turn, concerned authorities i.e. State Government is directed to decide the same expeditiously while considering this fact that according to the petitioner there is violation of principles of natural justice. 5. The petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the concerned authorities within a period of 15 days and, in turn, the State Government is directed to decide the appeal within a period of 60 days. 6. The Registry is directed to return the relevant copies of the petition to the petitioner after retaining photocopy of the same. 7. It is expected from the State Government that they will decide the appeal within the said period. 8. The said compliance order be sent to the Registrar General of this Registry for further action.
