Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Anil Kumar Mishra and Anand Prakash Pandey, learned Counsel for the respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 25.10.2017 whereby, the amendment application was rejected as well as the order dated 10.01.2021, whereby the revision filed against the said order was also rejected. 3. Considering the nature of the order, wherein, the amendment application was rejected mainly on the ground that the same was being filed based upon a commission, which was opposed by the petitioner and was set aside. 4. I do not see any reason to interfere at this stage. The writ petition is dismissed. 5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take additional ground after the suit is finally decided and the appeal is preferred, if so advised.
