This appeal has been filed for quashing the charge sheet No.01 dated 04.11.2021 and the proceedings of Session Trial No.237 of 2022; State Versus Abdul Sattar, Case Crime No.373 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and Sections 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha) SC/ST Act, Police Station-Ghazipur, District- Lucknow pending in the court of Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Lucknow. Learned counsel for the appellant, after arguing at some length does not want to press the appeal on merit and submits that the appeal may be dismissed as not pressed so that he may appear before the concerned court and seek the benefit of the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in the case of Satendra Kumar Antill Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and Others, 2022 SCC OnLine SC 825. To which there is no objection by learned A.G.A. In view of above, this appeal is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as aforesaid. It is needless to say that in case the appellant appears before the concerned court within a period of ten days from today and claims the benefit of the judgment passed in Satendra Kumar Antill Vs.
