Chaliha, learned Standing Counsel, Health Department, submits that the respondent authorities vide an order dated 02.07.2025 have modified the earlier order of transfer of the petitioner dated 25.06.2025 and have permitted the petitioner to continue against the post of matron at LGB Chest Hospital, Guwahati, Kamrup(M). In view of the above position, Mr. M. Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no live issue exists for consideration in the present writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition be closed. The said prayer is not also objected by Mr. P. R. Sarma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.5. In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the present Writ Petition stands closed. A copy of the order dated 02.07.2025 furnished by Mr. A.
