1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 308(2)/308(4)/317(5)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023, Sections 25(1-A)/25(1-B) a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and for no offence she is languishing in judicial custody since 03.04.2025. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Other co- accused persons have already been granted regular bail. As such she may be enlarged on bail.
4. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Having regard to the facts of the case and also in view of the fact that co-accused Rahul Kumar Laheri along with two other co-accused persons has already been granted regular bail, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the

petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Budmu P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024.
6. It is made clear that till commencement of trial the petitioner shall report to the local police station every month and after commencement of trial she shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and she shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
