Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the State-opposite parties no.1 to 3 and Sri Devanshu Dutt Tripathi, learned counsel who has filed his power on behalf of opposite party no.4, which is taken on record. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- “1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned FIR No.0141 of 2025, under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Patti, District Pratapgarh, dated 16.05.2025 lodged by O.P. No.4 (Annexure No.1).” 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner and opposite party no.4 have entered into a compromise and the original compromise has been filed as Annexure-2 to the writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for opposite party no.4 does not dispute the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the parties to approach the Station House Officer, Police Station Patti, District Pratapgarh on 07.08.2025 at 2 PM along with the original compromise. The Station House Officer shall verify the contents and veracity of the compromise and then submit his report to the Magistrate concerned. 6. Registry is directed to return the original compromise to the counsel for the petitioner by retaining photocopy of the same on record. 7.
