Mozika, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. Philemon Nongbri, learned counsel for the applicants, who has submitted that the applicants as petitioners have preferred a Criminal Revision Petition before this Court, being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the impugned order dated 06.10.2025 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Ri-Bhoi District, Nongpoh in Criminal Misc. Case No. 4 of 2025. However, the certified copy of the said impugned order could not be procured at this point of time, as such, this application for leave to file the said Criminal Revision Petition sans the production of the certified copy of the said impugned order is prayed for. 2.
