Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 14.02.2022 whereby the application of the petitioner for grant of EWS certificate was rejected mainly on the ground that on inquiry the income was found to be more than Rs.8 lakh per annum. 3. It is fairly well settled that the income certificates are issued for a specific time on a year to year basis as and when desired. 4. As the EWS certificate pertain to the year 2022, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file afresh for grant of EWS certificate, if so desire, which shall be considered in accordance with law. 5. The observations made in the order dated 14.02.2022 shall not come in the way for deciding the application on its own merit.
