Shukla, APP For the Informant:- Mr. Pradeep Chatterjee, Advocate ---- 02/04.08.2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dandai P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024, registered for the alleged offence under Section 109, 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 126(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 324(4), 324(5) & 352 of BNS, pending in the court of learned JMFC, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that altercation took place between the parties for land dispute. He further submits that both sides are agnates and there is case and counter-case. He further submits that now compromise has already been taken place between the petitioners and the informant. 4. Learned counsel opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5. Learned counsel for the informant submits that they have amicably settled the disputes. 5. Considering the facts that the case arose out of the land disputes and both the parties are agnates and further they have settled the disputes, I am inclined to allow the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners- above named are hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees 2025:JHHC:21771 Twenty Five Thousand), each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Garhwa, in connection with Dandai P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Anjali/-cp3
