Saikia, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Insurance Company. 2. It is submitted that the dispute in the connected MFA/117/2021 has been settled between the parties at an additional amount of ₹4,30,000/- (Rupees four lakh thirty thousand). 3. Mr. Saikia shall provide one copy of the Letter of Authorisation sent to him by the Insurance Company to Mr. Agarwala. 4. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, the connected MFA No.117/2021 stands closed and disposed of on settlement. 5. The Insurance Company shall deposit ₹4,30,000/- (Rupees four lakh thirty thousand).in the bank account of the claimant No. 1, Passang Lama within next 4 (four) weeks from today. 6.
