The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: " issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to take decision in respect of the appointment of opposite party no.5 as fair price seller of Gram Panchayat Bangaon, Tehsil Bhiti, District Ambedkarnagar in view of Government Orders issued from time to time regarding appointment of Fair Price Shop dealer and to take necessary action into the matter in accordance with law." 4. Considering the fact that the counsel for the caveator states that the appointment has already been made in his favour, no relief, as prayed, can be granted. 5. Accordingly the petition is dismissed.
