Versus Rnjeet & ors. which is pending since last seven years and presently pending before learned F.T.C (Sr..Div) Sultanpur, within stipulated period of time. (ii) Issue order or an direction commanding the learned the F.T.C(Sr..Div.) Sultanpur to conclude and decide application under order 39 rule 1 & 2 bearing No.5 C2 filed in original Suit No.594/2018 titled as Jagram & ors. Versus Rnjeet & ors. in the light of objection filed by petitioner within stipulated period of time. " 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the injunction application filed in the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from today, in accordance with law.
