Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:42975 Court No. - 6 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 4394 of 2025 Petitioner :- Adesh Tiwari Respondent :- Nayab Tahsildar, Ayodhya, Tahsil Sadar, Ayodhya And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Chandra Chood Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Alok Mathur,J. 1. Heard Sri Chandra Chood Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. In light of the proposed order, notices to private respondents are dispensed with. 3. By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for expediting the proceedings U/S 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which are pending before the Nayab Tehsildar, Ayodhya, Tehsil - Sadar, District Ayodhya. 4. In this regard, it is noticed that in paragraph No. 12 of the writ petition, it has been stated that respondent No. 8 had also approached this Court by filing a writ petition being Matters Under Article 227 No. - 25365/2020 which has been disposed on on 18.12.2020 with a direction to respondent No. 1 to conclude the proceedings within six months. 5. Considering that orders for expediting the same proceedings have already been passed by this Court, accordingly, a writ petition for the same prayer would not be maintainable and in case the authority has not complied with the directions of this Court, the petitioner has sufficient remedies to file contempt petition for the same. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to pass another order for the same relief at the behest of the petitioner. 6. In light of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Alok Mathur, J.)
