Madhu Sinha vs. Smt. Radhika Gupta & Ors. as contained in Annexure No.1. 2. To allow the Application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 of C.P.C filed by the petitioner in Regular Suit No. 607 of 2025 In:re Smt. Madhu Sinha vs. Smt. Radhika Gupta & Ors, before the Court of Ld. Civil Judge (S.D), Unnao as contained in Annexure No. 25." 3. It is argued that despite the petitioner making out a case, no order has been passed on the injunction application. 4. Considering the fact that the injunction application is pending consideration, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Court concerned to positively decide the injunction application within a period of 10 days from today.
